Salsa/Mambo Dancing

I'm trying to learn how to Salsa as a kind of experiment to see if an uncoordinated, painfully shy and introverted white math/computer/science geek who hates to dance can learn to enjoy, and be good at, dancing Salsa. This is a page of notes I'm keeping about my adventures in trying to learn to dance. The good news is that if I can learn to dance, I promise anybody can learn to dance.

Update: OK. I think I qualify as being proficient. Geeks around the world... rejoice!
